Not a good day at all!! Ellie was up at 5:45 even though we were 2 hours late for school. On top of that I have just had a lot on my mind, so I was a bit stressed.
Breakfast~ 1 egg w/ cheese on half a bagal
Snack~ Stopped and got a 20 oz. Dt. Mt. Dew and a Candy (I knew I shouldn't, but like I said I was stressed)
Lunch~ 5 chicken nuggets and 15 fries (all oven baked, not that that makes them tons better), mandrian oranges, trail mix and ch. milk
Snack~ we did a math lesson with peanuts today so I had about 10 peanuts
Supper~ piece of meat loaf on two pieces of Light Italian bread; salad with peas, green peppers, cheese and two TBSP of Light French Dressing and 1/2 cup cottage cheese and milk
Snack~ nothing
I could have done better, but it wasn't too terrible.
Exercise~ 18 minutes on Eliptical and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Also 50 situps. I wanted to do more, but my childwatch time was running out because even before I started working out Ellie pooped in her pull up so I had to change her. She always tells us when she has to go, but she won't tell them so she goes in her pull up. What a stinker!!
